Alophia is a genus of snout moths. It was described by Ragonot, in 1893, and contains the species Alophia combustella.[1] It is found in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, Greece, the Republic of Macedonia, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine and southern Russia.[2]
